The most unique offices and office buildings of the year were honored at Várkert Bazár on April 4th. Awards had been presented in 13 different categories.
ACADEMIA offices, which opened doors in September 2023 with the support of Europa Fund VI, proved to be the winner in the Renovated Office Building of the Year category.
The renovation of the repositioned building offers an outstanding client experience through the meeting of modern and traditional styles, placing great emphasis on sustainability.
ACADEMIA will be the first repositioned office building in Budapest to receive the employee well-being focused WELL Platinum certification, with the BREEAM Excellent green certification also in progress. The excellently located Akadémia Street property obtained its WiredScore GOLD certificate, rating the connectivity of office buildings, as a pioneer in the Budapest market in 2023. Both developers, Europa and ConvergenCE are actively supporting local artists, ensuring that the newly equipped, modern interior spaces also accommodate various contemporary artworks.
