With the ACADEMIA project, ConvergenCE will be the first to obtain the Belváros (Inner City) WELL Platinum certification. One of the important milestones of the development, which includes many green solutions and ideas, is the agreement with Greenline Premium Car Wash, expecting to clean vehicles in the ACADEMIA underground car park from 9 January 2023.

100% Hungarian-owned Greenline Clean is the first water-saving car wash network in Hungary. The eco-friendly franchise provides its customers with a fully digitalised car care service, where innovative solutions are the unique feature: in addition to the use of nanotechnology cleaning agents, the cleaning process requires only a minimum  of water. While standard car washes use 150 litres of water per car to wash a vehicle, Greenline’s technology uses a maximum of one litre. The green car wash, which offers its services in nearly fifty locations in Hungary and also has mobile units, will open its next Hungarian unit in the ACADEMIA Office Building.
