The certification reflects the high level of measures taken to ensure the health and safety of employees, visitors and tenants, the implementation of which was supported by expert advice from Greenbors Consulting and Rewell Consulting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>&#8222;As we have taken over the operation of an existing office building, it was of paramount importance to us that the tenants already working in the building could see the improvements in practice. The WELL Health-Safety Rating confirms that our building meets the highest international health and safety standards<\/em>.\u201d- mentioned <strong>Kriszti\u00e1n Friman, Technical Property Manager<\/strong> at ACADEMIA Offices. \u201c<em>As a property manager, I am proud that we can contribute to the well-being of our tenants and visitors with modern solutions such as comfort-monitoring temperature control to ensure a constant, balanced temperature for building occupants, the introduction of touch-free hygiene systems and a modern NFC-based access control system. With this certification, ACADEMIA further strengthens its position in promoting sustainability and employee well-being, which is a key aspect of modern real estate development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>&#8222;The ACADEMIA office building is an exceptional complex because it is the first renovated office building in Hungary to achieve a WELL Health-Safety Rating. During the certification process, the building has proven that, even as a renovated office building, it has health and safety as one of its most important aspects.
